1-2 T flaxseed, psyllium husk (used 1 T husk powder)

1 - 1 1/2 servings The Peachie Spoon Vanilla Protein Powder (salted caramel or pb flavor works too)

1 cup ice or frozen yellow squash/cauli/zucchini

1/3 c frozen berries of choice
