PB&J Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup milk of choice, used unsw almond

  • 2 T peanut butter

  • 1-2 T flaxseed, psyllium husk (used 1 T husk powder)

  • 1 - 1 1/2 servings vanilla flavored protein powder (salted caramel or pb flavor works too)

  • 1 cup ice or frozen yellow squash/cauli/zucchini

  • dash of pink salt

  • 1/3 c frozen berries of choice

    STEPS

  1. Add ingredients in the order listed to the blender and blend well. If using 2 T ground flaxseed, use 1 T of the nut butter to tweak your healthy fats. Flax is a fat and fiber source.
