These are super light and blood sugar friendly!
INGREDIENTS

1 - 9 oz bag white chocolate chips (used lilys brand for low sugar)
- 1/4 c salted caramel protein powder (The Peachie Spoon Vanilla Protein Powder works too!)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 T natural PB
STEPS

Melt 1 bag of lily’s white chocolate chips over medium heat stirring constantly or in the microwave in a glass bowl for 1 min or so. Don’t over heat it it’ll be super thick.

Add protein powder and extract, stir until combined.

Add milk as needed if you overcooked or using a plant based protein powder.

Pour into a 8 X 8 glass dish lined with parchment and drizzle with peanut butter and sprinkle course salt, if desired.

Place in the fridge to set 30 min - 1 hour.

Slice and enjoy. Mine made 25 - 1“ pieces. Store in fridge or freezer.
