PB Oreo Cheesecake Smoothie

PB Oreo Cheesecake Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice, used almond 
  • 1 T peanut butter 
  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese 
  • 1-2 T flaxseed, psyllium husk, or chia, I used 1T husk powder 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla or butter extract 
  • 1 serving cookies and cream flavored protein powder
  • 1 cup ice or frozen zucchini, yellow squash, or cauliflower 
  • dash of pink salt or salted caramel salt from Walmart 
  • 1 sandwich cookie, crumbled (I used Simple Mills brand) 

STEPS

  1. Add ingredients in order listed, except cookies to the blender and blend well.

  2. Add cookies and blend 3 seconds more to make crumbs or use as topping.

Calories: 415 | Fat: 17g | Carb: 26g | Protein: 45g | Fiber: 12g

Macros without cookie: 
Calories: 355 | Fat: 14g | Carb: 19g | Protein: 45g | Fiber: 12g

PROTEIN powder, cottage cheese 
FAT peanut butter, some in cookie 
FIBER husk, veg if adding 
CARB/STARCH none or some in cookie
