
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice, used almond
- 1 T peanut butter
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1-2 T flaxseed, psyllium husk, or chia, I used 1T husk powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla or butter extract
- 1 serving cookies and cream flavored protein powder
- 1 cup ice or frozen zucchini, yellow squash, or cauliflower
- dash of pink salt or salted caramel salt from Walmart
- 1 sandwich cookie, crumbled (I used Simple Mills brand)
STEPS

Add ingredients in order listed, except cookies to the blender and blend well.

Add cookies and blend 3 seconds more to make crumbs or use as topping.
