- 1/3 c fresh or frozen wild bluebs
- 1/2 serving vanilla protein powder or sweetener of choice (stevia, allulose, monkfruit)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 T flax, chia, or psyllium husk
- 1 T peanut butter to swirl on top
STEPS
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir.
