PB & J Balanced Yogurt Bowl


PB & J Balanced Yogurt Bowl recipe

This recipe is loaded with nutrients, minerals, and high in antioxidants. All the science-backed to shut off hunger and nourish that beautiful well-made body. 


INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 c nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 c fresh or frozen wild bluebs
  • 1/2 serving vanilla protein powder or sweetener of choice (stevia, allulose, monkfruit)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 T flax, chia, or psyllium husk
  • 1 T peanut butter to swirl on top 

STEPS

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir.
