
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice, used almond
- 1 T cashew or almond butter (pb works too, you can just taste it)
- 1-2 T flaxseed, psyllium husk, or chia, I used 1 T husk powder
- 3 drops of peppermint extract (be careful with your pour, it’s potent)
- 1 serving The Peachie Spoon Cookies & Cream Protein Powder
- 1 serving The Peachie Spoon Organic Hydrolyzed Collagen
- 1 cup ice or frozen zucchini, yellow squash, or cauliflower
- dash of pink salt or salted caramel salt from Walmart
- 2 sandwich cookies, crumbled (used back to nature)
STEPS
1) Add ingredients in order listed, except cookies to the blender and blend well.
2) Add cookies and blend 3 seconds more to make crumbs or use as topping. I put one cookie in the smoothie and one as a topping.
