Monster Cookie Dough Protein Dip recipe

INGREDIENTS

STEPS

  1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, protein powder, coconut flour, and extracts. Stir well

  2. Fold in the choc chips and 1/2 of the m & m candies and put in the fridge to thicken. Top with remaining candies before serving.

  3. Serve with apple slices, strawberries, and graham crackers. Store in the fridge. Good for a week.

PROTEIN yogurt, powder
FAT chocolate, m&ms

CARB/STARCH some in candies and fruit/crackers for dipping

Does it use 1 cup full of protein powder or do you mean the little cup that comes in the bag?
