1 lb turkey breakfast sausage

1 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 c reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

1/4 c milk of choice, used almond

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp each salt & pepper
STEPS

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients with a mixer or knead with your hands.

Make 1” balls and place on a lined sheet pan. Spacing about and inch apart. Mine made 24 balls.

Bake at 350° for 20 min or until tops are golden brown. This recipe is easy to double for feeding a crowd.
