In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of your favorite pancake mix, whether it's Kodiak or Birch Benders for a wholesome base. Add 1 pound of turkey breakfast sausage, infusing rich flavors with a leaner touch. Incorporate 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese for a satisfying cheesy kick. Introduce 1/2 cup of softened reduced-fat cream cheese, providing creaminess with fewer calories.
