INGREDIENTS
2 T tahini, I use the squirt bottle from Walmart
1 lemon, juiced
1/4 c water
1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove, minced
1 tsp each salt & pepper

STEPS
Shake up ingredients in a jar with lid. Good for up to 2 weeks in fridge.
