Lemon Tahini Dressing

Elevate your salads with the vibrant flavor of Lemon Tahini Dressing. INGREDIENTS

  • 2 T tahini, I use the squirt bottle from Walmart

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1/4 c water

  • 1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove, minced

  • 1 tsp each salt & pepper

  • 1 T apple cider vinegar

STEPS

  1. Shake up ingredients in a jar with lid. Good for up to 2 weeks in fridge.

It Improves insulin function and lowers blood sugar levels after meals so these vinaigrette dressings and marinades are a great yummy way to enjoy it more often. So full of flavor. These recipes are all low in oil so a great addition to higher fat meats like salmon, red meats, and dark meat chicken/turkey. But honestly great with anything anytime because they aren’t a fat or starch source really, just a flavor party. They’re great on pasta salads, fresh salad greens, wraps, slaw, or any cauli or rice bowl with a protein. Making your food taste good is a fun and vital part of feeling satisfied and nourished.
