4-5 fresh sprigs rosemary
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Place the whole chicken in a slow cooker. Season well with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add lemon slices and rosemary on and around the chicken. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. If last minute, high for 3 hours works too.
