Elevate your morning coffee experience with the rich and velvety Italian Sweet Creme Coffee Creamer. Crafted to perfection, this delightful concoction features a harmonious blend of ingredients that promises to transform your ordinary cup of coffee into a decadent treat.
Begin with 1 cup of half and half—opt for the organic variety for a touch of wholesome goodness. If you're opting for a dairy-free version, canned coconut milk makes for a delightful substitute. Add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk to the mix, imparting a subtle nuttiness to the overall flavor profile.
Sweeten the deal with 3 tablespoons of your preferred monk fruit blend or sweetener. Adjust according to your desired level of sweetness. Infuse a layer of complexity with 2 teaspoons of almond extract, contributing a distinctive nutty aroma. Round off the flavor with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, introducing a classic sweetness that complements the almond notes.
Combine these carefully selected ingredients in a container or bottle, give it a good shake to ensure thorough blending, and refrigerate for a ready-to-use Italian Sweet Creme Coffee Creamer. Enjoy the rich symphony of flavors as you savor each sip.

Can you add a few servings of your protein powder to the mixture and still be able to store it for a number of days…and also would that mixture still blend into hot coffee without any issue? Thanks!

There’s 1/2 and 1/2 in the recipe and it usually frothes well when you use 1/2 and 1/2. For the dairy free swap it’s canned coconut milk and it doesn’t always froth well with that. Hope that makes sense.
