Immune Boost Smoothie

Immune boost smoothie recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz brewed green tea, I used the Keurig hot water 

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 avo
  • dash pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric 
  • pinch black pepper (to help absorb the curcumin in turmeric)
  • 3 drops peppermint extract (optional but refreshing to me)
  • handful spinach 
  • 1 serving Peachie Spoon Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 scoop collagen 
  • 1/3 c frozen riced cauli 
  • 1 c ice

    STEPS

    1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
    2. If you want to chew with your smoothie to be more satisfied, like me… I usually enjoy a piece of my fave fruit on the side since it’s a fruit free smoothie. I sometimes top mine with unsw coconut and some nuts for a crunch and more even more healthy fats.
