INGREDIENTS

8 oz brewed green tea, I used the Keurig hot water
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 avo
- dash pink salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- pinch black pepper (to help absorb the curcumin in turmeric)
- 3 drops peppermint extract (optional but refreshing to me)
- handful spinach
- 1 serving Peachie Spoon Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1/3 c frozen riced cauli
- 1 c ice
STEPS
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- If you want to chew with your smoothie to be more satisfied, like me… I usually enjoy a piece of my fave fruit on the side since it’s a fruit free smoothie. I sometimes top mine with unsw coconut and some nuts for a crunch and more even more healthy fats.
