
The peachie version is high protein, low sugar, blood sugar friendly (scored a 100 on my CGM), and I skipped artificial sweeteners from sf syrup and jello packets🙃since I don't do artificial ingredients as a daily thing. Also not sure why it’s considered a salad. Maybe bc there’s an apple in it? It’s yummy though whatever it’s called 🤗
