High Protein Mixed Berry Sorbet (Ninja Creami)

Why did I take me so long to buy a creami?😅😆This has become a favorite summer post workout meal some days. It cools me off and actually helps me recover instead of leaving me hungry an hour later. Complete protein to support muscles + bone health ✔️Organic collagen to support joints, skin & nails ✔️Tastes like summer ✔️Helping to hit those fiber & protein goals ✔️

 

INGREDIENTS

🍓 Sorbet only

🥜 How I turn it into a full meal

(Add PB in a tortilla!) used ole extreme wellness brand high fiber 

447 calories • 46g protein • 20g fiber

STEPS

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (low fat kefir is delish too)

1 serving The Peachie Spoon Vanilla Protein Powder 

1 serving The Peachie Spoon Collagen Powder

1 tsp vanilla extract 

1/4 tsp salt or salted caramel salt from Walmart (bettergoods brand) 

1 T monk fruit or desired sweetener, optional 

1/2 c fresh or frozen mixed berries (used a combination of raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)

1-2 oz more milk or water “Re-Spin” 

Prep instructions :

1)Add and mix all of your ingredients together inside your Creami container and froth well to combine OR blend in your blender, then pour into creami container.

2)Let your container rest uncovered for 5-10 minutes

3)Cover and freeze overnight or until frozen. Usually takes the 24 hours 

Ninja Creami instructions :

1)Remove your frozen Creami container from the freezer and let it unthaw for 10 minutes or run the sides under some hot water for 1 minute.

2)Place it into your Creami and hit the “Sorbet” button

3)Add in 1-2 Ounces of Milk/Milk Substitute or water and hit the "Re-Spin" button. You may need to do this twice until desired consistency is achieved. I top mine with fresh berries if I have them!
