High Protein Butter Pecan Ninja Creami

High Protein Butter Pecan Ninja Creami recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or desired milk)
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese (can omit for DF but will have to re-spin more than once for creamier texture)
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 serving collagen powder
  • 1/2 tsp butter extract
  • 1/2 tsp pecan extract, optional but so good (its on my Amazon shop)
  • 1/2 tsp salt or salted caramel salt from Walmart (bettergoods brand)
  • 1 T monk fruit or desired sweetener, optional
  • 1-2 oz more milk or half and half during “Re-Spin”
  • Mix-ins:
    • 1 T small chopped pecans (pecan halves work too)

STEPS

  • Prep Instructions:
    1. Add and mix all of your ingredients together inside your Creami container and froth well to combine OR blend in your blender, then pour into creami container.

    2. Let your container rest uncovered for 5-10 minutes

    3. Cover and freeze overnight or until frozen. Usually takes the 24 hours.

  • Ninja Creami Instructions:
    1. Remove your frozen Creami container from the freezer and let it unthaw for 10 minutes or run the sides under some hot water for 1 minute.

    2. Place it into your Creami and hit the “Lite Ice Cream” button or “Ice Cream button” if you plan to use mix ins.

    3. Add in 1-2 Ounces of Milk/Milk Substitute or half and half for extra creamy texture and hit the "Re-Spin" button. You may need to do this twice until desired consistency is achieved or not at all.

    4. If using mix-in toppings, dig a hole in the center and pour in pecans and/or granola. Use the “Mix-In” button to blend in and enjoy!
