- 1 - 15 oz can organic corn, drained
- 1 - 15 oz can organic black beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 green onions, chopped (white & light green part)
- 6 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 c white vinegar
- 2 T monk fruit, allulose, or 2 tsp stevia (optional)
- 3-4 chicken breasts cooked and chopped (about 4 cups)
