Egg Nog Coffee Creamer

Indulge in the festive spirit with this Egg Nog Coffee Creamer, a delightful addition to your morning brew. Begin by combining 1 cup of half and half (or substitute with canned coconut milk for a dairy-free option) and 1 cup of unsweetened almond, cashew, or coconut milk.

Infuse the creamer with the warm, comforting flavor of nutmeg by adding 1/2 teaspoon to the mix. Sweeten to your liking with 3 tablespoons of monk fruit or your desired sweetener; I used @swerve brown sugar for a rich, caramelized sweetness.

Elevate the experience with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, adding a touch of sweetness and depth. To capture the essence of traditional egg nog, introduce a delightful hint of rum with 1 teaspoon of rum extract.

Mix or shake the ingredients until well-combined, and voilà – your Egg Nog Coffee Creamer is ready to transform your daily coffee ritual into a festive celebration. Embrace the holiday season with each sip of this creamy, spiced creation
