Place pitas on a lined baking sheet and bake at 400° for 2 minutes on each side. Remove and add desired sauce, cheese, veggies, and protein. Bake for 5 minutes or until melted. Switch to broil on high and broil 1-2 minutes to brown the top. Watch closely because it’ll burn quickly.
