
I’m loving having my hungry boys home this summer but running out of dinner and lunch options they both will eat. These have been a new fave so had to share! They eat this whole batch just the two of them but of course, make more or less depending on the size of your crew.
INGREDIENTS
3 lbs chicken party wings (about 24 wings)
Avocado oil spray
3 t baking powder
3 t salt
2 t pepper
3 t garlic powder
1 t paprika
STEPS
1)Preheat air fryer to 400° and pat wings completely dry with paper towels. Place in a large bowl
2)Spray wings with oil and add all the seasonings and baking powder. Toss well until coated
3)Place wings in a single layer (not touching) in an air fryer and cook 18-20 minutes, flipping over wings at the halfway point. I cook mine in 2 batches
4)Optional - Toss cooked wings in bbq or buffalo sauce immediately after removing from the air fryer. Makes about four 6 wing servings.
