Teenage Boy Crunch Wraps

But we all love them! I’m just “known” for making these for the boys and they’re always a hit.

Fuel the appetite of growing teens with these Teenage Boy-Approved Crunch Wraps! Begin with a cooked chicken breast—whether it's the convenience of frozen, breaded ones, or your preferred preparation. Grab a rectangular wrap, such as Joseph’s pita brand or the Cut Da Carb variety for the perfect crunch. Place a slice of your favorite cheese on top, fold it all together, and voilà! A satisfying, hearty meal for the hungry teen in your life.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 chicken breast, I used frozen breaded ones

  • 1 rectangular wrap, used Joseph’s pita brand, Cut Da Carb is a fave too

  • 1 slice of desired cheese

    STEPS

  1. Cook chicken. I use the air fryer 400° 10-15 minutes.

  2. Place an open wrap on a flat surface. Place cheese in the center. Then place chicken on top of the cheese. Fold in a circular motion making a crunch wrap shape.

  3. In a sprayed skillet over medium heat, place the wraps seam side down onto the pan. Spray the top and flip after a few minutes to brown each side.
