Crunch Bar Protein Fudge


For when you need that little sweet after a meal. These are 3 ingredients, super light,  and blood sugar friendly so perfect after any meal or sweet tooth fix. If krackle and crunch bars are your fave like me, this is for you!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 - 9 or 10 oz bag dark chips (lily’s & Ghirardelli 60% are my faves)
  • 1/4 c chocolate or vanilla protein powder 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 c puffed rice cereal I used @arrowheadmills 

 

STEPS

  1. Melt 1 bag of chocolate chips in the microwave in a glass bowl for 1-2 min or on the stove top over med/low heat.
  2. Add protein powder, cereal, and extract, stir until combined. Add milk, if needed.
  3. Pour into a 8 X 8 glass dish lined with parchment. Place in the fridge to set 30 min.
  4. Top with course sea salt, if desired. Slice and enjoy. Mine made 25 - 1“ pieces. Store in fridge or freezer.
