Creatine + Protein Energy Balls

Because The Peachie Spoon Creavitalis® Creatine is ultra-refined and light, it incorporates beautifully into recipes. So I had to whip something up to try, and these are a new fave. Two protein balls give me my full 5g serving. A feel-good dessert that supports muscle recovery and overall wellness…all while still tasting like a treat. Such a fun change up for the week instead of mixing my creatine into water. Plus, a bonus is they’re loaded with fiber too!

INGREDIENTS

3/4 c unsweetened apple sauce

1 tsp vanilla extract 

6 scoops The Peachie Spoon Creatine 

1 1/3 c (2 servings) The Peachie Spoon Vanilla Protein Powder

1/2 c powdered peanut butter 

1/2 c coconut flour

1/2 c old-fashioned oats (gf works)

dash of salt 

3 T chocolate chips (used Lilys sweets sugar-free)

STEPS

1)In a large bowl, combine apple sauce and vanilla extract. Stir. 

2)Add creatine, protein powder, pb powder, oats, coconut flour, and salt. Mix with hands to form a dough. You can also use a mixer. Add chocolate chips and stir. 

3)Form into 12 balls. Makes 12 balls. Store in the fridge. 2 balls is 5g creatine.
