Creamy Italian Dressing

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 c red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 c nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 2 T dijon or brown spice mustard

  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder or fresh minced

  • 1/2 tsp each salt & pepper

  • 1/4 c water

STEPS

  1. Blend well in a blender. This one is great with chopped romaine, any bagged salad, a cauli rice bowl with any protein, or a wrap for lunch.
