  • 1/3 c jarred kalamata olives, pitted

  • 1/4 c apple cider vinegar

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1 T dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp each salt & pepper

  • 1/4 c water

    STEPS

  1. Blend well in a blender. This one is super flavorful and you don’t need much. Great for a Greek bowl with rice and protein, chopped romaine, slaw, or a chicken wrap for lunch.
