Immerse your taste buds in the harmonious blend of cottage cheese (or opt for a dairy-free twist with vegan Greek yogurt), garlic's aromatic essence, and the umami notes of anchovy paste or capers. This exquisite dressing achieves a perfect balance with the bright zest of lemon juice, the sharp kick of Dijon mustard, and the savory undertones of Worcestershire sauce (or the lighter alternative, coconut aminos).

Elevate your salad game with the addition of grated Parmesan, imparting a rich and complex flavor profile. The carefully measured pinch of salt and pepper further enhances the taste, ensuring a nuanced and well-seasoned dressing.
