INGREDIENTS
1 c milk of choice, if using canned coconut milk skip the nuts (I used unsw cashew)
1 serving vanilla protein powder
1/3 c nonfat Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, I used yogurt
few drops vanilla extract
1 cutie or orange, chopped
1 tsp orange rind, washed well
1/2 - 1 c frozen riced cauli or squash
1-2 T husk, flax, or chia (optional fiber)
5-6 cashews or 1-2 T almond or cashew butter
1 c ice, optional
