INGREDIENTS
- 1 c unsweetened apple sauce (I used 2 kids single serves)
- 1 tsp vanilla or butter extract
- 1 c The Peachie Spoon Cookies and Cream Protein Powder
- 1/3 c oats (can be GF if needed)
- 1/3 c PB powder
- 1/3 c coconut flour
- Topping:
- 4 Tbsp Lilys white chips + 1 T milk to thin, if needed.
- 2 sandwich cookies, crumbled (used back to nature brand)
- 4 Tbsp Lilys white chips + 1 T milk to thin, if needed.
STEPS

Combine all in ingredients in a bowl & form into 9 balls. Dough is gooey.

Place in the freezer to set for 30 min or more. Once set and firm melt white chips in the microwave for 1 min and stir. Add 1 T milk to thin if needed.

Drizzle each ball with the chocolate and top with crumbled cookies. Store in the freezer.
