Cookies and Cream Protein Freezer Bites

cookies and cream protein freezer bites

No sneaky sugars from honey or dates so super blood sugar friendly. No bake, keto friendly, and gluten free. These are super light and refreshing so great for the👙pool,🏖beach, 🎣lake, or an anytime dessert!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c unsweetened apple sauce (I used 2 kids single serves)
  • 1 tsp vanilla or butter extract 
  • 1 c The Peachie Spoon Cookies and Cream Protein Powder
  • 1/3 c oats (can be GF if needed)
  • 1/3 c PB powder 
  • 1/3 c coconut flour
  • Topping:
    • 4 Tbsp Lilys white chips + 1 T milk to thin, if needed. 
    • 2 sandwich cookies, crumbled (used back to nature brand)

STEPS

  1. Combine all in ingredients in a bowl & form into 9 balls. Dough is gooey.

  2. Place in the freezer to set for 30 min or more. Once set and firm melt white chips in the microwave for 1 min and stir. Add 1 T milk to thin if needed.

  3. Drizzle each ball with the chocolate and top with crumbled cookies. Store in the freezer.

PROTEIN powder, pb powder
FAT some in chocolate and cookies 
FIBER coconut flour, pb powder has too
CARB/STARCH applesauce, oats
