Chopped Ranch BLT Chicken Crust Pizza

That’s a mouthful but not sure what else to call it. This is my take on the viral canned chicken crust pizza with Caesar salad. Canned chicken kinda icks me out so used ground chicken and I have my cottage cheese ranch prepped and not my cottage cheese Caesar dressing so this recipe happened and it’s delish. The kids liked it too! They were surprised the crust was chicken. Totally works.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb lean ground chicken

  • 1/4 c shredded Parmesan

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Desired salt and pepper

  • 3-4 cups of desired salad greens

  • 4 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 tomato, chopped or grape tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese ranch (recipe under Flavor Parties)

    STEPS

  1. Place chicken, parm, and spices in a bowl and use your hands to combine.

  2. Break into 2 equal parts and flatten into a pizza shape on a parchment-lined sheet pan.

  3. Bake at 400° in the oven for 25-30 min or 400° in the air fryer for 10-15 min. Make sure it’s cooked through with a meat thermometer.

  4. While the crust is cooking, assemble the salad ingredients and chop will to combine. Add to pizza crusts and enjoy. Makes 2 pizzas.
