5 Minute Chocolate Pecan Collagen Fudge

A quick and satisfying treat for when your sweet tooth strikes! To make this delicious fudge, start with 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips for that rich and decadent chocolate flavor. Add a creamy and nutty twist with 1/2 cup of pecan butter, or feel free to use almond butter, cashew butter, or peanut butter as alternatives.

Enhance the taste with a teaspoon of vanilla extract, providing a touch of aromatic sweetness. For an added boost of wellness, include 1/4 cup of unflavored collagen, which not only adds a hint of protein but also benefits your skin, hair, and nails.

With just these few ingredients and a few minutes of your time, you'll have a batch of Chocolate Pecan Collagen Fudge ready to enjoy. It's a delightful way to satisfy your sweet cravings while incorporating some collagen goodness into your day. Enjoy this quick and delicious treat!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 c dark chocolate chips

  • 1/2 c pecan butter (almond, cashew, & pb works too)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 c unflavored collagen

    STEPS

  1. Put chocolate, nut butter, and extract into a small glass bowl or glass measuring cup and microwave 1 ½ minutes.

  2. Add collagen powder and stir. Pour mixture into a lined 10” bread pan. I line with cut parchment paper.

  3. Top with your favorite granola or pecan pieces & place in the fridge or freezer 30 min to set.

  4. Remove, cut into 15 pieces, and enjoy!! Store in the fridge or freezer.

Notes: These are pretty much a fat source with some protein too so they are a great dessert with a lower fat meal or a little sweet tooth snack when needed for balanced blood sugar.

Flavor Swap: Use peanut butter instead of pecan for Reese’s fudge or almond butter and top with unsw coconut for an almond joy fudge.
