INGREDIENTS

1 c almond butter

1/4 c milk of choice

1/4 c granulated monk fruit sweetener

1/2 c protein powder, any flavor or unflavored

1/2 c unsw cocoa or cacao powder

1 t vanilla

1 t baking soda

1/4 c dark chocolate chips

1/2 c freeze-dried strawberries or raspberries (broke up into smaller pieces)
STEPS

Combine almond butter, milk, and vanilla extract.

Add all other ingredients (except chocolate & berries), and stir well to combine and add chocolate and berries. Stir and make into cookie shapes, they don’t spread while baking so make them flatter. Place on a lined sheet pan.

Bake at 350° for 8-10 min. Made 12 cookies. Store in the fridge. Good for a week.
Notes: Great dessert or snack. They're more of a healthy fat serving, so a yummy smoothie topper as your fat source or for a yogurt bowl. Really an anytime yummy.

I made these today. These are delicious. I had to swap the almond butter for sunflower butter. My kids already said they are taking one for school tomorrow. 😊

Just made these and they are AWESOME! The batter is crumbly but you can smmosh it into a ball and then flatten on the baking sheet. Will be making these on the reg!

I made these today, after adding the protein powder, cocoa powder and monk fruit it was too dry to mix. I added more milk. They taste great, but forgot to add the chips.
