INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c almond butter

  • 1/4 c milk of choice

  • 1/4 c granulated monk fruit sweetener

  • 1/2 c protein powder, any flavor or unflavored

  • 1/2 c unsw cocoa or cacao powder

  • 1 t vanilla

  • 1 t baking soda

  • 1/4 c dark chocolate chips

  • 1/2 c freeze-dried strawberries or raspberries (broke up into smaller pieces)

    STEPS

  1. Combine almond butter, milk, and vanilla extract.

  2. Add all other ingredients (except chocolate & berries), and stir well to combine and add chocolate and berries. Stir and make into cookie shapes, they don’t spread while baking so make them flatter. Place on a lined sheet pan.

  3. Bake at 350° for 8-10 min. Made 12 cookies. Store in the fridge. Good for a week.

    Notes: Great dessert or snack. They're more of a healthy fat serving, so a yummy smoothie topper as your fat source or for a yogurt bowl. Really an anytime yummy.
