1 lb lean ground chicken

1/4 c shredded Parmesan

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder (optional)

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
-
Desired salt and pepper

Desired toppings:
-
1/2 c Shredded cheese (used Italian blend)

1/2 c Pizza sauce
-
12 Turkey pepperoni slices
-
Any veggies, if desired

STEPS
- Place chicken, parm, and spices in a bowl and use your hands to combine.
- Break into 2 equal parts and flatten into a pizza shape on a parchment-lined sheet pan. (Makes 2 pizzas)
- Bake at 400° in the oven for 25-30 min or 400° in the air fryer for 10-15 min. Make sure it’s cooked through with a meat thermometer.
- Turn up oven temp to 425° and add desired toppings. I used pizza sauce, shredded Italian blend cheese, and Turkey pepperoni. Cook another 5 min or so until melty and done. You can also broil on low for a few minutes if you want it more crispy.

Do you think this would work with ground turkey breast? It has less fat, so it may be too dry. I’d appreciate other opinions. Either way, I’ll give this a try. Sounds delicious. Thank you.

I use the 99% lean chicken here so any lean turkey would work too! Not dry at all. Hope you love it
