Cherry Garcia Smoothie

IGREDIENTS

1 cup milk (unsweetened almond, coconut, cashew)or water

1 serving The Peachie Spoon Vanilla Protein Powder 

1 serving The Peachie Spoon Collagen Powder (optional)

1 T almond butter 

1 T psyllium husk powder or flaxseed

1/2 - 1 c frozen riced cauliflower, frozen yellow squash, or ice

1/2 c frozen cherries 

1/4 tsp pink salt 

 

STEPS

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well. 

 

Optional toppings

Granola for a crunch 

Chocolate chips for a true Cherry Garcia vibe
