Cheesecake Protein Dip

This Cheesecake Protein Dip combines creamy low-fat cottage cheese and Greek yogurt with vanilla protein for a sweet, satisfying snack. INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 c low-fat cottage cheese

  • 1/2 c non fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 serving vanilla protein

  • 3 T milk of choice (optional but helps it blend)

  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • Optional healthy fat Toppings :

    • Pumpkin seeds

    • Low sugar Granola

    • Almond Butter

       

STEPS

  1. Add ingredients to a blender and blend on low until combined and smooth. You can also skip the blender and stir in a bowl but it won’t be as smooth if you’re a cottage cheese texture person.
