  • 1 ripe tomato, organic if you can

  • desired fresh basil

  • desired everything but the bagel seasoning

  • balsamic, if desired

Notes: Super light lunch so perfect if not starving or if not satisfied I like to add a built bar, dark chocolate, or one of my baked goods for dessert.
