Cake Batter protein Yogurt Dip

This Cake Batter Protein Yogurt Dip is such a fun feel-good mouth party when the need strikes!

Indulge your sweet tooth guilt-free with Cake Batter Protein Yogurt Dip, a delightful and protein-rich treat. Begin by combining 2/3 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt with 1 serving of vanilla protein powder, creating a creamy and protein-packed base. Add a tablespoon of almond or cashew butter to enhance the richness and depth of flavor. Infuse the dip with the nostalgic essence of cake batter by incorporating 1/4 teaspoon of cake batter extract.

For a festive touch, sprinkle desired colorful sprinkles into the mixture, adding a pop of color and texture. Stir the ingredients together until well combined, then serve this Cake Batter Protein Yogurt Dip with sliced apples for a crunchy and satisfying dipping experience. Enjoy the delightful taste of cake batter without the guilt in this protein-packed treat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2/3 c nonfat Greek yogurt (see notes below for full fat)

  • 1 serving vanilla protein

  • 1 T almond or cashew butter

  • 1/4 tsp cake batter extract (I get on Amazon)

  • desired sprinkles

  • 1 apple, sliced for dipping or rice cakes

STEPS

  1. Stir all ingredients in a bowl and dip with a piece of your favorite fruit, rice cakes for a crunch, or enjoy with a spoon for a lower carb option.

  2. If using full fat yogurt, I’d skip the almond butter to keep that fat more balanced.

Tip: I found cake batter extract at Walmart and it’s linked in my Amazon shop. If you can’t find it, butter extract + vanilla extract works great🎉
