INGREDIENTS

  • 3 lbs chicken, cooked and shredded (about 4 breasts) rotisserie works well

  • ½ c nonfat Greek yogurt, df works too!

  • 2 T coconut aminos

  • ½ c Frank’s red hot or fave hot sauce

  • ½ tsp everything but the bagel seasoning or salt, pepper, garlic powder

  • 3-4 stalks celery, chopped (optional crunch)

  • 1 apple, chopped (optional)

     

    STEPS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.

  2. Top with blue cheese or green onions if desired.

     

    Notes: Perfect on a baked potato, with crackers, toast, salad, tortilla/wrap, or dip with sweet bell peppers.
