½ c nonfat Greek yogurt, df works too!
2 T coconut aminos
½ c Frank’s red hot or fave hot sauce
½ tsp everything but the bagel seasoning or salt, pepper, garlic powder
3-4 stalks celery, chopped (optional crunch)
