
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb lean ground chicken
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder (optional)
- 2 T buffalo sauce, used franks
- 1 T coconut aminos or Worcestershire
- Desired salt and pepper
- Desired toppings:
- 2 T Buffalo sauce and/or
- 1/4 c traditional pizza sauce or a combo of each (yummy either way)
- 1/4 - 1/2 c blue cheese crumbles or shredded mozzarella cheese or a combo of both
- 3 green onions, chopped if desired
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced or my no sugar pickled onions
- Any veggies, if desired
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing (add after cooking or with the sauce before)
STEPS

Place chicken, buffalo sauce, and spices in a bowl and use your hands to combine.

Break into 2 equal parts and flatten into a pizza shape on a parchment-lined sheet pan. (Makes 2 pizzas)

Bake at 400° in the oven for 25-30 min or 400° in the air fryer for 10-15 min. Make sure it’s cooked through with a meat thermometer.

Turn up oven temp to 425° and add desired toppings. I used buffalo sauce, and mozz / blue cheese crumbles. Cook another 5 min or so until melty and done. You can also broil on low for a few minutes if you want it more crispy or browned.
