I was in the mood for something blueberry and this hit the spot! It tastes like a lemon blueberry bar, it’s delicious! I omitted the spinach (didn’t have any) and added an extra half a cup of cauliflower. It was perfect!

This was so surprisingly delicious! When putting in the ingredients, I couldn’t see how it would be yummy, but it definitely turned out that way!! I used my organic lemon juice from a bottle.
