Packed with protein and fiber, it’s a creamy, feel-good blend that gives you the same cozy flavor combo but in a more balanced, nourishing way without sugar. I think you’ll be just as obsessed with this flavor as I am!
INGREDIENTS

1 c milk of choice (used unsw cashew)

1 tsp matcha powder (used organic culinary grade)

1 serving The Peachie Spoon Vanilla Protein Powder

1 serving The Peachie Spoon Unflavored Collagen

1-2 T cashew, almond, or peanut butter or 1/2 avocado (fresh or frozen)

1-2 T psyllium husk, ground flax, or chia (used 1 T husk powder)

handful ice

1/2 c frozen yellow squash, zucchini, or cauli (optional extra fiber & nutrients)

1/2 banana, frozen

dash pink salt (flavor & minerals)

handful spinach (optional for greener color)
STEPS
