Banana Matcha Smoothie

When Starbucks dropped their banana cold foam, everyone went wild over how good it tastes with an iced matcha latte. Naturally, I had to create my own twist—this energizing smoothie! Packed with protein and fiber, it’s a creamy, feel-good blend that gives you the same cozy flavor combo but in a more balanced, nourishing way without sugar. I think you’ll be just as obsessed with this flavor as I am!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c milk of choice (used unsw cashew)

  • 1 tsp matcha powder (used organic culinary grade)

  • 1 serving The Peachie Spoon Vanilla Protein Powder 

  • 1 serving The Peachie Spoon Unflavored Collagen 

  • 1-2 T cashew, almond, or peanut butter or 1/2 avocado (fresh or frozen)

  • 1-2 T psyllium husk, ground flax, or chia (used 1 T husk powder) 

  • handful ice

  • 1/2 c frozen yellow squash, zucchini, or cauli (optional extra fiber & nutrients)

  • 1/2 banana, frozen 

  • dash pink salt (flavor & minerals)

  • handful spinach (optional for greener color)

 

STEPS

  1. Add ingredients in order listed to the blender and blend well.


🍑 Nourishment Breakdown:

PROTEIN powder 

FAT nut butter or avo

FIBER flaxseed/chia/husk, veg

CARB/STARCH banana

Macros with 2 T pb, 1 T husk powder, & collagen:  444cal/16fat/34carb/15fiber/48protein
