    • 1/2 c ripe banana, mashed well

    • 1 T almond butter

    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    • 1 T milk or water

  • Dry

    • 2 T coconut flour

    • 2 T vanilla protein

    • Dash of salt

    • 1/2 tsp each baking powder & cinnamon

  • Optional toppings

    • 1-2 T dark chocolate chips &/or walnuts

STEPS

  1. Stir to combine wet ingredients in a small bowl or oversized mug. Add dry ingredients and stir.

  2. Top with optional dark chocolate chips, walnuts, & coarse salt. Toppings can be added before or after cooking. Microwave 2-3 minutes and allow to sit a couple of min before enjoying.

    Notes: Regular-sized mug = overflowing mess in the microwave so use a small bowl or oversized mug.
