Banana Bread Energy Bites

In the dry ingredients mix, combine half a cup each of vanilla protein powder and coconut flour. These ingredients bring a protein boost and a soft, dough-like texture to the bites. Add half a cup of oats for heartiness and a bit of texture.

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients with your hands and form into 1 ½” balls. Made about 13. Store in the fridge. Good for a week.

    Notes: Chocolate chips are a yummy addition and almond or cashew butter works great too as a swap for peanut butter..
