INGREDIENTS
1/4 c balsamic vin
1/4 c water
2 T avocado or olive oil
1 T Dijon or spicy mustard
1 tsp honey
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 tsp garlic powder
1 shallot minced or 1 tsp onion powder.

1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
STEPS
Shake up ingredients in a jar with a lid. Good for 2 weeks in the fridge. If using later, remove from the fridge to thaw and soften. Shake well before using.
If used as a marinade, pour over the desired type of meat. Cover, and refrigerate for up to 12 hours. Cook meat as desired
