1 bag ready veggies

1 package sliced mushrooms

Toscana spiced cheese (you won’t use all of it)

1 package vegan creamy dill dressing

1/2 tsp each sage, garlic powder, thyme, salt, & pep

dash of nutmeg
STEPS

Place sausage links on a sprayed or lined sheet pan with the ready veggies and mushrooms. Spray veggies with avo or olive oil and season with 1/2 tsp- ish each sage, garlic pow, thyme, salt & pepper. And a dash of nutmeg for extra fall flavor.

Bake at 400° 20-30 min. Switch to broil for the last few min if you like it crispy.

Top with grated Toscana spiced cheese and vegan creamy dill dressing, if desired. Also yummy with a fried egg on top.
