Autumn Sheet Pan

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package garlic chicken sausage

  • 1 bag ready veggies

  • 1 package sliced mushrooms

  • Toscana spiced cheese (you won’t use all of it)

  • 1 package vegan creamy dill dressing

  • 1/2 tsp each sage, garlic powder, thyme, salt, & pep

  • dash of nutmeg

    STEPS

  1. Place sausage links on a sprayed or lined sheet pan with the ready veggies and mushrooms. Spray veggies with avo or olive oil and season with 1/2 tsp- ish each sage, garlic pow, thyme, salt & pepper. And a dash of nutmeg for extra fall flavor.

  2. Bake at 400° 20-30 min. Switch to broil for the last few min if you like it crispy.

  3. Top with grated Toscana spiced cheese and vegan creamy dill dressing, if desired. Also yummy with a fried egg on top.
