3 Ingredient Banana Bread Protein Cookies


I mean, 2 cookies is similar macros to a protein bar. So fun to have 2 cookies instead πŸͺπŸͺπŸ₯³

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large or 2 small ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter or desired nut butter
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder (always use The Peachie Spoon Protein)
  • Optional toppings:
    • Chocolate chips
    • Sea salt for topping

STEPS

  1. Mash the banana then fold in the peanut butter and protein powder.

  2. Form 12 cookies onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Dough will be sticky. Adding oil to your hands helps.

  3. Then top with chocolate chips, if desired. Bake at 350Β° for 7-8 minutes until edges are golden and center is no longer wet.

  4. Remove and top with sea salt, if desired. Let cool for 5 minutes or so to harden before removing from cookie sheet. Makes a baker's dozen. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
