INGREDIENTS

3-4 wild caught (any) fish fillets (thawed if frozen like the package says)

1/2 tsp seafood seasoning

1/2 tsp taco seasoning

Tortillas, I use low carb but corn is great too

Desired cheese

Quick Mexican Slaw

1 bag slaw

1/4 c avocado mayo or Greek yogurt (or a mixture of the two)

2-3 T apple cider vinegar @bragg

1/2 tsp each salt & pepper

1 tsp cumin
-
1/4 c feta
-
1/4 c fresh cilantro
-
1/2 red onion, chopped

1 lime, juiced

STEPS
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook fish fillets and season. Cook for about 6 minutes on each side or until flakey.
- Serve in low-carb tortillas, top with desired cheese, and my Mexican Quick Slaw.
- Quick Mexican Slaw:

Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir. Great to make ahead and allow to soften. Great way to get in fiber at any meal as a side or a fish taco topper. Another option is a fish taco bowl with cauli rice, slaw, and fish for a super low carb option and skipping starch. All works. Makes 5 - 1.5 cup servings
